Ms Isabelle Breuskin has taken on the responsibilities as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Luxembourg in Beijing on 1st October 2019.
After completing her master’s degree in Politics and International relations, Ms Breuskin joined the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in March 2014. As member of the coordination team for European Affairs, she actively contributed to the preparation and coordination of the 12th Luxembourg presidency of the EU Council. She then became head of unit for bilateral relations with Luxembourg’s neighbouring countries at the directorate for European Affairs and International Economic Relations. Prior to her positing to China, Ms Breuskin was in charge of the inter-ministerial coordination of European Policy.
